Price correction factors for EVER shares in BVB s Total Return indices starting with May 17

Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) announces that, starting with May 17, 2022:

• the price correction factor ci,T for EVERGENT INVESTMENTS S.A. (EVER) dividends (gross), which will be considered in calculating BET-XT-TR index is 1.055319.
• the price correction factor ci,T for EVERGENT INVESTMENTS S.A. (EVER) dividends (net), which will be considered in calculating BET-XT-TRN index is 1.052408.

The value of ci,T for EVER shares was determined according to article 4.2.4 of the BET-XT-TR and BET-XT-TRN management rules
