The bonds issued by Golden Foods Snacks start trading on the Multilateral Trading System of the Bucharest Stock Exchange on November 14


Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that on Monday, November 14, the second issue of  Golden Foods Snacks corporate bonds, worth EUR 1.1mn, start trading on the Multilateral Trading System (SMT) of the stock exchange. The company's bonds will trade under the stock ticker GFS25. Golden Foods Snacks was founded in 2009, holding the ELMAS seed, nut, and dried fruit brand.

Golden Foods Snacks held a private placement for bonds between 17.06.2022 and 24.06.2022, in which 29 retail investors participated. The company sold 11,000 guaranteed, non-convertible, dematerialized bonds with a nominal value of 100 EUR per bond. The subscription price within the offer was at the nominal value. The bonds have a maturity of 3 years, maturing on June 29, 2025, and an interest rate of 9.5% per year, gross, payable quarterly. The funds raised following the bond issue will be used to increase the working capital and allocate the amounts to increase exports, especially in Poland, and to support the development of the current activity on the internal market. The private placement and the listing were made with the BRK Financial Group’s support.
