In the period August 2022 – March 2023, according to the last closed trial balance, MedLife SA has concluded / executed transactions with related parties that exceed, cumulatively, 5% of the company’s net assets according to the latest published standalone financial reports of MedLife SA (for the First Quarter of 2023) amounting RON 15,187,300, as follows:

-          transactions of MedLife SA with Bahtco Invest SA in total amount of RON 15,530,796.

 

The transactions concluded / executed between August 2022 – March 2023, as well as the outstanding mutual debt are presented in Annex 1.
