Important event to be reported:
SIF Muntenia SA, by its investment manager SAI Muntenia Invest SA, informs the shareholders that, by letter no. SI/DG/8275.7/03.08.2022, registered at SAI Muntenia Invest SA with no. 751/119028/04.08.2022, the Financial Supervisory Authority communicated the Decision no. 1041/03.08.2022, approving as well the acquisition by SIF Oltenia SA of the quality of significant indirect shareholder of SAI Muntenia Invest SA, in the context in which, by Decision no. 1040/03.08.2022, FSA approved the acquisition project and the acquisition by SIF Oltenia SA of the quality of significant shareholder of SIF Banat-Crisana SA, through the acquisition of a qualified direct participation that represents at least 10% of the share capital and of the total rights of voting of SIF Banat-Crisana SA.
