Before the Court of Prahova - the second Civil Section of Administrative and Fiscal litigation, the file no. 1223/105/2023 was registered, which has as object the opening of insolvency proceedings at the request of the debtor UZTEL S.A, with the declaration of the intention to reorganize the company based on a reorganization plan, according to the provisions of Law 85/2014 amended and updated on insolvency prevention and insolvency procedures.
