The Ministry of Finance (MF) is listing on Thursday, April 7th, four new FIDELIS government issues of bonds at the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), two of them in lei and two of them in euros. The new FIDELIS issues of bonds will be traded on the Main Market under the stock tickers R2304A, R2504A, R2304AE, R2404AE. The listing takes place after the successful conclusion of the seventh public offering for the sale of FIDELIS government bonds, between March 17 and April 1. The intermediary syndicate of the offer included BT Capital Partners & Banca Transilvania, BCR, BRD - Groupe Societe Generale and Alpha Bank Romania.
With the listing occasion, the Ministry of Finance team and the representatives of the intermediary syndicate will ring the Bucharest Stock Exchange bell on the 7th of April. The event will be broadcast LIVE, from 10 AM, on BVB's social media channels Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
