It is the intermediaries – brokerage houses and major banks – authorized by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority that can conduct companies’ offerings. The broker has the crucial role in any offering as by having a daily contact with the investors who are active on the market, they have an ability to assess the parameters necessary for the successful offering. Intermediary assists the company in its valuation process, prepares or manages the preparation of the prospectus as well as manages the process of the subscription to the shares.
