BMR information

BVB is an administrator of non-significant benchmarks, based on the certification of registration issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) on 24^th of June, 2020, being listed in the ESMA Benchmarks Administrators Registry. The non-significant benchmark administrator quality, based on regulated data, has been obtained considering BVB’s compliance to the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 on indices used as benchmarks in financial instruments and financial contracts or to measure the performance of investment funds (BMR) and is exercised in connection with the following indices (BET family):
