Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that on March 5, 2024 the extraordinary meeting of the BVB Index Committee ("CI") took place and the following have been decided:
1. Approval of the exclusion of company ROCA INDUSTRY HOLDINGROCK1 (ROC1) from the BET AeRO index at the end of the trading session of March 6, 2024.
The new structure of the BET AeRO index will be announced at the end of March 6, 2024 and will become effective starting with the trading session of March 7, 2024.
The current Index Committee decisions come as company ROCA INDUSTRY HOLDINGROCK1 (ROC1) will transfer from the AeRO market to the Main Market of BVB. Thus, according to the announcement published on the BVB website, the last trading day of ROC1 on the AeRO market will be March 6, 2024. The shares of ROC1 will begin trading on the Main Market of BVB on March 11, 2024.
