Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that on March 6, 2024 took place the quarterly meeting of the BVB Index Committee ("IC"). BVB Index Committee has decided the following:
- To keep unchanged the composition of BET, BET-TR and BET-TRN indices;
1.1. Inclusion: - ;
1.2. Exclusion: - ;
- To change the composition of BET-XT, BET-XT-TR and BET-XT-TRN indices, as follows:
2.1. Inclusion: AROBS TRANSILVANIA SOFTWARE (AROBS) and ANTIBIOTICE (ATB);
2.2.Exclusion: ALRO (ALR) and SSIF BRK FINANCIAL GROUP (BRK);
- To keep unchanged the composition of BET-BK index:
3.1 Inclusion: - ;
3.2 Exclusion: - ;
- To keep unchanged the composition of BET-NG and BET-FI indices;
4.1 Inclusion: - ;
4.2 Exclusion: - ;
- To change the composition of BET Plus index, as follows:
5.1 Inclusion: AROBS TRANSILVANIA SOFTWARE (AROBS); ROPHARMA (RPH); SANTIERUL NAVAL ORSOVA (SNO) and VRANCART (VNC);
5.2. Exclusion: AAGES (AAG) and CEMACON (CEON);
- To change the composition of BET AeRO index, as follows:
6.1. Inclusion: ATELIERELE CFR GRIVITA (ATRD) and COMVEX (CMVX);
6.2. Exclusion: VIFRANA (BIOW);
7. Approval of the calculation date and the date of entry into force of the new structures, factors, and weights for the BVB indices.
The weights of the indices’ components, the free-float factors (FFi), the representation factors (FRi), the liquidity factors (FLi) and the price correction factors (FCi) will be determined based on the number of shares and closing prices registered at the end of the trading session of March 8, 2024.
The new structures of BVB indices will be announced at the end of March 8, 2024 and will become effective starting with March 18, 2024.
