Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that on September 5, 2024 took place the quarterly meeting of the BVB Indices Committee ("IC"). BVB Indices Committee has decided the following:
- To change the composition of BET, BET-TR and BET-TRN indices, as follows;
1.1 Inclusion: PREMIER ENERGY (PE); ANTIBIOTICE (ATB);
1.2 Exclusion: CONPET (COTE); BURSA DE VALORI BUCURESTI (BVB) ;
- To change the composition of BET-XT, BET-XT-TR and BET-XT-TRN indices, as follows:
2.1 Inclusion: PREMIER ENERGY (PE);
2.2 Exclusion: ROMCARBON (ROCE);
- To change the composition of BET-BK index, as follows:
3.1 Inclusion: PREMIER ENERGY (PE); AROBS TRANSILVANIA SOFTWARE (AROBS);
3.2 Exclusion: ROMCARBON (ROCE); BRK FINANCIAL GROUP (BRK);
- To change the composition of BET-NG index, as follows:
4.1 Inclusion: PREMIER ENERGY (PE);
4.2 Exclusion: - ;
- To keep unchanged the composition of BET-FI index;
5.1 Inclusion: - ;
5.2 Exclusion: - ;
- To keep unchanged the composition of BET-EF index;
6.1 Inclusion: - ;
6.2 Exclusion: - ;
- To change the composition of BET Plus index, as follows:
7.1 Inclusion: PREMIER ENERGY (PE); SIMTEL TEAM (SMTL); ROCA INDUSTRY HOLDINROCK1 (ROC1); AAGES (AAG); ZENTIVA (SCD); ALTUR (ALT);
7.2 Exclusion: VRANCART (VNC); SANTIERUL NAVAL ORSOVA (SNO);
- To change the composition of BET AeRO index, as follows:
8.1 Inclusion: BUCUR (BUCV);
8.2 Exclusion: ARGUS SA (UARG); SIFI CJ LOGISTIC SA (CACU); MAGAZIN UNIVERSAL MARAMURES (MAMA);
9. Approval of the calculation date and the date of entry into force of the new structures, factors, and weights for the BVB indices.
The weights of the indices’ components, the free-float factors (FFi), the representation factors (FRi), the liquidity factors (FLi) and the price correction factors (FCi) will be determined based on the number of shares and closing prices registered at the end of the trading session of September 6, 2024.
The new structures of BVB indices will be announced at the end of September 6, 2024 and will become effective starting September 23, 2024.
