Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) announces that, starting with May 28, 2024, the price correction factor ci,T for S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. (SNG), related to the share capital increase, which will be considered in calculating BET, BET-TR, BET-TRN, BET-XT, BET-XT-TR, BET-XT-TRN, BET-BK, BET-NG and BET Plus indices is 10.000000.
The value of ci,T for SNG shares was determined according to article 4.2.2 of the BVB indices management rules.
