Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) announces that, starting with July 18, 2024, the price correction factor ci,T for BANCA TRANSILVANIA S.A. (TLV), related to the share capital increase, which will be considered in calculating BET, BET-TR, BET-TRN, BET-XT, BET-XT-TR, BET-XT-TRN, BET-BK and BET Plus indices is 1.148025.
The value of ci,T for TLV shares was determined according to article 4.2.2 of the BVB indices management rules.
