Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) announces that, starting with August 26, 2024, the price correction factor ci,T for TTS (TRANSPORT TRADE SERVICES) S.A. (TTS), related to the share capital increase, which will be considered in calculating BET, BET-TR, BET-TRN, BET-XT, BET-XT-TR, BET-XT-TRN, BET-BK and BET Plus indices is 3.000000.
The value of ci,T for TTS shares was determined according to article 4.2.2 of the BVB indices management rules.
