Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that on Monday, March 11, ROCA Industry Holdingrock1, company present on the capital market since 2022, will start trading on the Main Market, following the transfer from the AeRO market, the equity segment of the Bucharest Stock Exchange’s Multilateral Trading System. It is the fifth company to move from the AeRO market to the Main Market, after AROBS Transilvania Software (AROBS) in September 2023, Safetech Innovations (SAFE) in February 2023, Chimcomplex Borzesti (CRC) in January 2022 and Bittnet Systems (BNET) in June 2020.
The last trading day of ROCA Industry shares on the AeRO market, under the ROC1 stock ticker is March 6. The last trades with the company's shares on the AeRO market will be settled on March 8. ROCA Industry shares will begin trading on the Main Market on March 11, under the same stock sticker, ROC1. The reference price from March 11 for ROC1 will be the closing price from its last trading session within the MTS - AeRO Market, according to the technical specifications regarding the transfer of ROCA Industry shares from SMT to the BVB Main Market, available HERE. The transfer of ROCA Industry shares on the Main Market is carried out with the support of BT Capital Partners.
