Transilvania Investments Alliance (TRANSI), a company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) for 25 years, will benefit from the BRK Financial Group's Issuer Market Maker services as of today, 14 March.
Transilvania Investments Alliance is one of the largest investment funds in Romania with a long tradition on the BVB. The company has been listed on the Regulated Market of the Stock Exchange since 1999 and, two years ago, i.e. on 14 March 2022, the company's shares made their entry to the stock exchange under the new stock exchange ticker symbol TRANSI, following the rebranding process that also included a change in the company's name. The company currently has a market capitalisation of RON 702 million.

For BRK Financial Group, this new contract, which is the second one concluded this week, reasserts the recognition recently acquired at our annual event, BVB Awards, namely 'The most active broker for liquidity increase on the stock exchange.”, said Adrian Tanase, CEO of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The TRANSI share is the 19th share of a listed issuer, for which BRK FINANCIAL GROUP provides Market Making services. There is now a total of 27 financial instruments listed on both markets, which benefit from the Issuer's Market Maker services.
